Who operates this service

7dkss is an independent research service. Privacy questions, requests and withdrawals can be sent to 7dksswork@gmail.com.

Signal Brief subscriptions

When you join the 7dkss Signal Brief, the service stores your email address, subscription date, signup source, consent version and a private unsubscribe token. The purpose is to send the source-linked brief you requested and maintain the subscriber list.

The legal basis is your consent. The checkbox is not preselected. You may withdraw consent at any time through the private unsubscribe link included with the brief or by emailing 7dkss. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.

Website analytics

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. 7dkss does not use this data to build advertising profiles or sell visitor information.

Storage, access and retention

Newsletter records are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure and are accessible only through the private 7dkss administration workflow. They are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. A subscription remains until you unsubscribe, request deletion or the Signal Brief is discontinued. Inactive records will be reviewed and removed when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email the address above with enough information to identify the subscription. 7dkss may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing personal data.

Service enquiries

If you submit the service-request form, 7dkss stores the work email, agency or company name, optional website, description of the offer, ideal-client description, submission date and source. This information is used only to review the brief, answer the enquiry and discuss the requested service. It is not automatically added to the Signal Brief.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible service agreement and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in keeping a short record of the conversation. Enquiry records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed, normally within 12 months after the last relevant contact unless a longer period is required for an active service or legal obligation.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the service or its providers change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
